Gallery of 3D Art

In the past I would never have considered myself any kind of artist, and in fact would have scoffed at the very idea that I might have any artistic talent.

However, in recent times I've been playing with 3D modelling programs and having some fun. In late 2005, I discovered DAZ Studio, Poser, Bryce and the extraordinarily realistic human figure models which one can purchase and pose these days. I couldn't draw a human figure to save my life; but courtesy of these products, I can make images with people in them which look - well, judge for yourself - at least half-way decent. And I'm gradually learning to model inanimate objects and master the other range of software tools one needs for this kind of work.

I've now set up a gallery on DeviantArt (http://www.deviantart.com), a great site for exchanging and discussing images and photography. Click on the link below, or on any of the sample images (the most recent I've submitted) to go to the gallery.
