Chapter Master is an extremely easy program to use. Rather than a formal help file, I've created a series of simple walkthrough tutorials.

There are three formats, but the content is identical. We recommend the Adobe Flash versions.

Keyboard Shortcuts

• Ctrl O : Open an audio file
• Ctrl S : Save the current audio file
• Ctrl +: Add a new chapter
• Ctrl -: Remove currently selected chapter

• Ctrl-I : inserts a chapter stop at the current audio play position (naming it just '.')

• Ctrl-Shift-A : adjusts the prior chapter stop to be at the current play position.
• Ctrl-Shift-B : adjusts the following chapter stop to be at the current play position.
• Ctrl-Shift-Z : undoes the immediately prior 'adjust' action.

• Ctrl-Left : moves the audio play head back 10 seconds
• Ctrl-Right : moves the audio play head forward 10 seconds
• Ctrl-Shift-Left : moves the audio play head back 1 minute
• Ctrl-Shift-Right : moves the audio play head forward 1 minute
