Grilled Pterodactyl

Writing

typewriter running hot

Ever since I was very young I wanted to be a writer. I badgered my parents to buy me a typewriter until they gave in and bought me an old secondhand manual Olivetti for my 12th birthday. I promptly sat down and started to write a space opera called "Atlantia" which is today quite unreadable.

Eventually, though, I did manage to write a few things worth reading, and in the 1970s and 1980s I sold a number of science fiction stories and a couple of novellas for young teens.

All of these are long out of print, but through the miracle of the Internet I can inflict them on a worldwide audience in an electronic form.

Here also are a couple of articles about the writing process.

Enjoy!
