I started out in my pre-teens with only one ambition -- to become a science fiction writer. I wrote my first (completely unpublishable) science fiction novel at the age of 12, teaching myself to type in order to do so.Although best-sellerdom has eluded me, I wrote several short stories in the late 1970s and early 1980s which were published in magazines and anthologies. I also wrote two "remedial reader" books for early teenage readers for Cassell Australia.
All of these are long out of print, but we will progressively republish some of them here out of sheer vanity. At least this form of vanity publishing is low cost!
